Fridayfly: 15 minutes, now go!

fridayfly Well, mommylebron has posted a “challenge” on her blog ( The Motherhood Umbrella) about using our timers to get lots done.  It really is amazing what you can get done in 15 minutes if you set your mind to it.  I kind of did this today while I cleaned my main floor.  I decided to clean for 15 minutes and then break for 5 minutes.

So, I accept her challenge.  I’ve got more work to do in the morning.  Here’s my list:

  • mop dining room and porch
  • mop stairs
  • mop “hallway”
  • clean bathroom
  • clean toy / laundry room
  • clean C and M’s room
  • dishes
  • laundry (fold dry clothes)
  • clean top of piano
  • decorate cakes

So, with that list, I should be done in about 3 hours.  That’s great!  So exciting to see a time frame rather than thinking I have to CLEAN ALL DAY LONG, AGAIN!  Do you want to join us?  Feel free!  Check out mommylebron’s post or join us on Twitter.  There is even a Twitter hashtag: #15minutes

Time to get coffee and make a more definite plan.  Se, even just having this list is motivating!

YAY ME!  YOU CAN DO IT!!!
