The Motherhood Umbrella is hosting FLYing on Fridays. This is a brand new Flylady Meme. YAY!!!! This week we are to talk about our Before Bed Routines (BBR). Our BBR sets the tone for the next morning and gets our MR (Morning Routines) off to a FLYing start.
My BBR is non-existent at this point. What follows is what I’d like to start doing again. I want to be on my way to sleep no later than 11PM. So I’d like to have these things started by 10PM. In fact, I’d like to sneak in the shower as soon as I have everyone else in bed around 8:30.
Lay out tomorrow’s clothes
Shower
Read
Sleep
I know that list is very simple, but my life right now needs to be kept simple.

There's nothing wrong with keeping it simple! Sometimes we make our lists ridiculously long and then we do nothing! I agree that I would like to start getting to bed by 11. That means I will need to crack down and get my stuff done and *unplug*! Unplugging is hardest because at night is when I finally get some uninterrupted time and I like to spend it visiting with ya'll!
LOL My BBR is very short too. The simpler the better! I figure it is better to have a short list that I can complete than a long list that makes me feel bad for not finishing. Thanks for sharing your routine :D
