Body After Baby Week 2 Begins

I need the reminder of my 8-week goals.

  • weigh 10 pounds less.
  • walk 3-5 times a week.
  • use exercise machines 3-5 times a week.
  • drink 3L of water a day.

And specifically for last week I wanted to:

  1. Water intake - act when my reminders go off!
  2. Inventory meals in the freezer to help with menu plan.
  3. Walk on Monday and Tuesday.
  4. Use machines on Saturday AM.

Well, I didn’t do well with those last week.  I walked once.  I used a machine 2 days.  I didn’t drink nearly enough water.  I did inventory my freezer and made a new menu for December and January.  I’m excited for that.

So this coming week:

  1. Water intake – drink more!
  2. Go to bed by 11.
  3. Walk Wed, Fri, and Mon.
  4. Use machines on Thurs, Sat, Tues.

Here goes nothing!
