I need the reminder of my 8-week goals.
- weigh 10 pounds less.
- walk 3-5 times a week.
- use exercise machines 3-5 times a week.
- drink 3L of water a day.
And specifically for last week I wanted to:
- Water intake - act when my reminders go off!
- Inventory meals in the freezer to help with menu plan.
- Walk on Monday and Tuesday.
- Use machines on Saturday AM.
Well, I didn’t do well with those last week. I walked once. I used a machine 2 days. I didn’t drink nearly enough water. I did inventory my freezer and made a new menu for December and January. I’m excited for that.
So this coming week:
- Water intake – drink more!
- Go to bed by 11.
- Walk Wed, Fri, and Mon.
- Use machines on Thurs, Sat, Tues.
Here goes nothing!
