Another Big Cook Today

Over and over again I find myself returning to my copy of The Big Cook Cookbook.  Sometimes I cook with a friend, more often I cook with my girls.  Some of the meals we've tried include:

Beef Hash
Hamburger Soup
Baked Beans
BBQ Beef
Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Amazing Chicken
Lazy Man's Lasagna

The only one we really did not like and won't do again is the Baked Beans.  A couple of the recipes - meatballs, hash, BBQ Beef - need a little more than the recipe makes to feed my family.  We are big eaters and many in number.

I love having meals in the freezer!
