Paws & Tales uses cute songs and animation to help build godly character into children. The characters help kids apply biblical truths to every day life. This DVD is number four in the series and is based on Matthew 22:39 and Philippians 2:3. In the first episode, CJ and Staci risk disappointing Paw Paw Chuck to help someone in need. And in the second story, “The Hire Principle,” Tiffany learns to put the feelings of others ahead of her own.
My children watched this DVD on their own before I even got a chance to look at it. (They love opening packages I receive, especially when they know it’s for review and very often those are products for them!) Almost as soon as the program stopped playing, Cora was coming to tell me all about it. I really didn’t understand what she was so excited about and couldn’t follow her train of thought, being that I hadn’t watched the program myself. So, I had to sit and watch it with them. I questioned the kids while we were watching and made sure they got the message. The message comes through loud and clear but it’s not blatant and in your face. My kids really enjoyed the programs.
