Menu Planning Monday

I was so "off" last week. I just did not function well. When that happens the housework suffer, starting with meals, dishes and laundry. At least that's where we notice it most! (For example, Sunday morning - undergarments were missing from drawers; found on the bottom of Mt. Washmore!) On to this coming week's menu:

Lunch:

Monday - grilled cheese sandwich
Tuesday - mac and cheese
Wednesday - tuna sandwich
Thursday - eggs and bacon
Friday - perogies
Saturday - mac and cheese
Sunday - leftovers

Supper:

Monday - Sloppy Joes
Tuesday - sweet and sour meatballs with rice
Wednesday - chicken stirfry
Thursday - spaghetti and sauce
Friday - Tacos
Saturday - spud soup
Sunday - steak and potatoes

Sounds YUM! Thanks for dropping by to say "hi!" for the blog party. I'm originally from Calgary so have a soft spot for fellow Albertans!

I haven't done a menu plan in a few weeks because I had to go on a lower fat diet, and it is so boring that the menus are hardly worth writing down. I used to always post my menu. Glad you came by my ultimate blog party post so I could find your blog. I'm enjoying it!

Thanks for coming by my blog during the UBP!! I will be picking your brain on homeschooling stuff for sure! My kids aren't school age yet, so I really am considering homeschooling. I've been reading a lot, but I'd love to hear more about how you teach the different grades at once...Like, how do you set aside a few hours to work with the older kids and still take care of the babies? And what do you do if the kids don't want to do the work, or throw tantrums about having to start school work-esp if they have younger siblings playing? Here is my email: coordinatedchaos@yahoo.com. I am SO glad I "met" you, I will be coming back and looking through your homeschooling posts more when I have time later. :) Thanks SO MUCH!!
