I remember when my ovary was bothering me. The pain was debilitating. It took me going into the doctor a number of times and finally saying that I was not leaving until theoy found a solution, or at least had a plan. I don't know how I got through it. It would have been way harder with little ones. My heart goes out for you. My prayers are to.

Lack of sleep, stress, grief, LIFE will cause that :o(
