I am so thankful for the father my husband is becoming. I have seen him change and grow so much since January. In January, he took parental leave benefits to stay home with us for the summer. We are loving having him around and he is loving being here. It will be very hard for all of us when he has to go back to work. Maybe we'll get back into it slowly.

I share your thoughts. I also enjoy the company of my parents and when I organize vacations, they have to be part of it of it wouldn't be as fun!
Oh that is a great thing to be thankful for. Are you working on the renovation together?
That's great for kids to have that daddy time.
We took a "tour" of our local firestation the other day. Now both my boys say they are going to be firemen someday. :)
thank you for visiting my blog!
wow! what a project... I love how you made the old church your picture header! It looks good, actually!
also... all those kiddos! look at them, how adorably precious! Wishing you a lovely summer and an easy transition for your husband when he goes back to work... I bet he will miss you and the kids and the 'everyday' life that he's getting over the summer!
blessings to you,
Deanna
