Okay, for this recipe I just threw a few things together. I took partially thawed chicken breast and placed them on a cookie sheet. I poured / squirted about a cup of bbq sauce over them. Then squeezed 4 small limes onto them. And carefully poured about a cup of water onto the pan. I put the pan in a 450 degree oven and let it cook for about a hour. When I pulled the chicken out of the oven, I placed them into a crock and poured the sauce over it. I would serve this with parboiled brown rice and a salad.
