Since starting to read The Big Breakfast Diet: Eat Big Before 9 A.M. and Lose Big for Life I will be changing my menu plan. However, I think that the changes will be slow as the changes will take some time to process and to put into action. I am only a couple of chapters into the book but already what I am reading makes sense. Although the focus is somewhat on weight loss and control, I will continue to eat when I’m hungry (eating for two) and focusing on getting us into some better habits, so that after baby is born the weight will be easier to lose.
So for this week, here is our menu:
Suppers:
Monday – burgers
Tuesday – smokies
Wednesday – fish on the bbq
Thursday – individual meatloaves
Friday – pancakes
Saturday – gonna let the kids pick
Sunday – something light because we will have a potluck at church
