Body After Baby

 

After a week of losing (I lost over 5 lbs.) I have started gaining again.  What am I doing wrong?  I know.  I got complacent.  I stopped challenging myself.  I slowed the intensity of my work outs.  And my eating didn’t change.

 

So, back to working harder and eating better!

 

Baby fat doesn’t look so hot on the momma.  However, look at this little man!

He is SO adorable!!! Just a couple tips on losing unwanted weight, maybe they'll help maybe they won't...lol
Don't eat anything after dark/supper.
Make sure your plate at each meal is 1/2 veggies or fruit.
that's it....lol But I gotta add, you look great no matter what size your middle is...so there!
