Jason has been asking for cheese cake again, and cream cheese just happened to be on sale this week. Here’s the recipe Kristyn used to make it.
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 lg pkg vanilla instant pudding powder
3 c milk
1 pkg dream whip powder
Put cheese and 1 c of the milk in a bowl and beat it. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until creamy.
Graham Wafer Crust
2 c graham wafer crumbs
1/4 c butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
Melt the butter and sugar; add crumbs. Pack into a 9 by 12 dish; doesn’t have to be oven safe.
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the graham wafer crust. Refrigerate.
