Body After Baby: January 5th to 11th

 

Goals from last week:

  • Keep drinking more water.
  • Use the Wii Fit daily, in the morning and then later with the kids, just for fun.
  • Get to bed before midnight, preferably before 11PM.

These goals are really motivating.  I am going to keep up with these for the coming week too.  I am doing well so I want to make them habits in my life.

 

I’m sad that I haven’t lost any poundage yet, but I’m trying a little.  (My eating needs to change, but I am exercising.)
