Today I am thankful for our church family. These men and women help us in so many ways. One man has been keeping J busy; a number of the ladies are willing and often do help with my children, organizing and housework. Just because they want to. And we are able to bless them as well - through prayer and conversation. We are part of a great community.
Thankful Thursday has changed hosts. Grace Alone's author is taking a "leave of absence". For the month of March, Thankful Thursday will be held over at Spiritually Unequal Marriage.

Aahhh, the church family. In a spiritually mismatched marriage, the church family has been a life-line for me and so many others.

Amen, amen! The body of Christ- the church gets so many bad raps for not being perfect. Most church families are loving and meeting needs like your church.

I agree with you about the importance of a church family. Ours just purchased a new furnace for us when the old one went out two nights ago. We didn't ask them to do this, but they did anyway.
