Happy 1st Birthday, Baby R!Baby R turns one year old today! And what a year it has been! One year ago, very early in the morning Baby R entered this world. She came quite quickly and her daddy had to help me deliver without the extra help we like to have. She'd grown a lot since her arrival. And she's been doted on by some very special people since then too!
R - October 27, 2008Baby R is such a charmer and a tease. She has been developing into her own little person over the last year. She has learned to sit and crawl and walk and run! She has laughs and coos and converses with us all in her sweet little way.
R - June 2009Baby R has her favorite people. Mommy. Auntie Tammy-Lee. Mo. Uncle John. Grandpa S. Grandma too, even if she does have to bribe R a little. She likes big tall men. And she loves her sister, CJ. R and her brother, W, have a love/hate relationship!
Grama H sends music cards. R's card had this song in it:
Baby R loves baby dolls. And she got three or four for her birthday today! I love it. Earlier this month she was wandering around hugging CJ's doll. CJ wanted her doll back and was trying to get R to take a stuffed dog or something. R would have nothing to do with it! She kicked and screamed until CJ relented and gave the baby doll back! I knew then that a baby doll was on her wish list.
