Nine years ago today I married this man. I am still married to him and I still love him. God has given us 7 beautiful children - 5 here, one He took back to heaven and one being knit together.
The last nine years have been full years. I pray for many many full years ahead; I pray for years filled more with joy than with sorrow. I pray that we continue to make each other better people - as stone sharpens stone. I pray that we continue to be the best of friends.
I pray that we raise our children in the Lord. I pray to be the help meet he needs me to be. I pray that although I fail, he will love me still! I pray that I will continue to love him too, despite or in spite of his faults.

Congratulations to you and your husband. In this day and age, nine years with the same man is considered a long time.
Staying together through the good times is easy, you need to make the choice to work through the bad times and stay together, and obivously you both have done that.
