Then Sings My Soul

When my two oldest were the only two we had, I used to sit with them until they both fell asleep.  Very often I would sing this lullaby a million times (or so it felt).  I don't take the time to sit with the littlest ones anymore.  Maybe I should start again.

It is so important to remember to spend time with your children, I know we are with them all day long but do we really spend quality time like the bed time quiet time?
One of my friends who has 5 children said she believed God gave her five children so she had time to sit with one every night and have special time with that child when they went to bed, she said that even God rested on the seventh day so she thought she probablt needed two evening off per week...just my thoughts..lov you

Oh I haven't heard that song in years! The bull and the horse/cart were new ones, as was the ending - love that about "still be the cutest little baby in town."

Our version ended with "if that bathing suit don't fit, papa's gonna say 'Oh shoot, I quit!'"

I really enjoyed that. I wrote a lullaby for my grandson when he was born. I need to finish the copyright, and add it to my music website. Blessings ~
